This document governs the GlobalCodio application.
It applies to your account, immigration case data, documents, and integrations — not to the public marketing website, which has its own Website Terms of Use. This page reproduces the Platform Terms of Service in full from its canonical source at app.globalcodio.ai/terms.
Acceptance of these terms
Thank you for choosing Medicodio Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of the GlobalCodio platform. The Company provides an AI-powered immigration platform and related online services (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") apply to any use of and access to the Services and the application at app.globalcodio.ai by you and your agents (collectively, "you"). This is a legal agreement that governs your use of the Services. Your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement and of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. It also constitutes your representation that you are at least 16 years of age. If you object to anything in these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services. If you accept on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Effective Date. This Agreement is effective on the date you first access or use the Services, whichever is earlier.
Fees
Fees for the Services, if any, are set out in the separate order or written agreement between you (or your organization) and the Company. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees do not include taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments ("Taxes"), and you are responsible for all Taxes associated with your use of the Services.
Where payment is made by card, you agree not to file a chargeback for fees properly charged in connection with the Services; instead, you agree to follow the dispute-resolution procedures below.
Account
By creating an account, you are granted a right to use the Services subject to the restrictions in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. Registration asks for information such as your name, email, phone number, and organization. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
- You agree to maintain your account solely for your own use and not to allow another person to use it.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- We may verify your information and may suspend or terminate the account of any user who provides inaccurate information or fails to comply with these requirements.
Linking third-party accounts
As part of the Services, you may link your account with third-party accounts (such as Google, for sign-in, Gmail send, or Google Meet) by providing access as permitted by that third party’s terms. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your third-party login information and/or grant us access without breaching the terms that govern those accounts.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements (see the Privacy Policy). You can disable the connection between your account and a third-party account at any time from your in-app settings. Your relationship with third-party providers is governed solely by your agreements with them.
Termination
The Company may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, pose a security or fraud risk, provide false information, or for other lawful reasons. If your account is terminated or suspended, you agree to: (a) remain bound by this Agreement; (b) immediately stop using the Services; and (c) understand that licenses granted to you end.
We will handle the return or deletion of customer/controller data as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement. The Company may retain and use information as needed to comply with investigations and applicable law. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay amounts accrued before termination.
Closing your account
You may close your account at any time by emailing info@globalcodio.ai from your registered account email. We process account-closure and data-deletion requests within 365 days, as described in the Privacy Policy’s Deleting your data and closing your account section.
Links to other websites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using the Services, you relieve the Company from any liability arising from your use of any third-party website referenced or linked in the Services.
Intellectual property rights
The Company owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and all related intellectual-property rights. Subject to the limited rights expressly granted in this Agreement, the Company reserves all rights. The GlobalCodio name, logos, and product names are owned by the Company; you agree not to display or use them without the Company’s prior written permission. Any information or data you submit must not violate the intellectual-property rights of third parties.
No submission of unsolicited ideas
We do not seek unsolicited ideas or materials for products or services, or suggested improvements (collectively, "Unsolicited Ideas and Materials"). Any Unsolicited Ideas and Materials you send us are deemed non-confidential, and the Company’s receipt of them is not an admission of their novelty, priority, or originality. Receiving them also does not impair the Company’s rights to contest existing or future intellectual-property rights.
User content
You are solely responsible for the content and data you submit through the Services ("User Content") and for the consequences of submitting it. You agree not to submit content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing.
- Invades the privacy or publicity rights of others.
- You do not have the right to make available.
- You know is incorrect.
The Company reserves the right (but has no obligation) to remove content that violates these provisions.

The Company responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed through the Services, send a written notice to info@globalcodio.ai that includes:
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your signature.
The Company may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Data ownership & usage
As specified in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference, the Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use personal information submitted through the Services. As between you and us, you (or your organization) retain ownership of the client and immigration case data you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis to submit it and to instruct us to process it. We have controls in place to protect your data, but no controls are foolproof — please exercise caution when disclosing personal information.
Personal information
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we protect your personal information and disclose it only in limited circumstances. We have implemented measures designed to secure personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never defeat those measures; you acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.
Disclaimer / no warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and the Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. The Company specifically disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that your use of the Services will be secure, timely, error-free, or uninterrupted.
GlobalCodio does not provide legal advice. The Services are tools used by qualified professionals and do not substitute for professional legal judgment.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any third-party claims, and all related charges, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising from or relating to:
- Your breach of this Agreement.
- Your violation of the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of the Company or a third party.
- Any dispute regarding ownership of or access to data or personal information you submit to the Company.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Company or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes any lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data, however caused, arising out of or connected with the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement will not exceed the fees you paid in the period before the incident.
Choice of law
This Agreement and the relationship between you and the Company are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
Dispute resolution
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting info@globalcodio.ai. If a dispute is not resolved within 15 days after submission, either party may bring a formal proceeding.
Arbitration. Except for the exceptions below, you and the Company agree to resolve disputes through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. No class actions: disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.
Exceptions. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use, abuse, or infringement of intellectual-property rights without first arbitrating. If the agreement to arbitrate is found not to apply, judicial proceedings will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.
